Account Management/BDM - Client Solutions ManagerWe're looking for a relationship focused Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team.Your RoleReporting to the State Manager, this role is responsible for both existing client relationships and driving new business across diverse industries.
A newly created role because of both growth and our ambition to keep the momentum going.You will:Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring service levels meet both client expectations and standardsBuild relationships with new prospects across multiple industriesHunt new opportunities for long-term contracted delivery servicesMaintain regular client call cycles and respond promptly to queriesKeep the CRM accurate and current, with all contact and activity loggedPartner with the Delivery Services team on service excellence and client handovers; anContribute to continuous improvement.What you'll need to succeed:Proven experience in account management and contract managementDemonstrated success developing new business, prospecting,
