We're currently seeking a Brisbane-based Marketing Coordinator to join GRAYATM and support the delivery of our brand, project marketing, sales, content, events, and campaign activity.
This role is suited to a highly organised marketing professional with experience in property development, real estate, construction, architecture, interiors, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand environments.
At GRAYATM, we are known for design-led development, detail-driven delivery, and creating some of Queensland's most recognisable luxury projects.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the marketing, sales, development, design, construction, and leadership teams to help bring campaigns, launches, updates, events, and brand activity to life.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will help keep marketing activity moving across multiple projects and business priorities.
You will support campaign coordination, content planning, sales collateral, project launches, events, reporting, supplier management, CRM updates, social media scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
You will play an key role in ensuring project information is accurate, timelines are managed, and marketing materials reflect the quality expected of GRAYATM.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, confident working across multiple stakeholders, and interested in building their career in luxury property marketing.
What you'll do
Marketing coordination and campaign support
Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across GRAYATM projects and brand activityAssist with project launches, campaign rollouts, sales updates, construction milestones, completion campaigns, events,



and internal communicationsCoordinate marketing timelines, content calendars, deliverables, approvals, and deadlinesPrepare briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, render studios, copywriters, digital agencies, printers, and suppliersSupport the preparation of brochures, EDMs, social posts, website updates, signage, presentations, invitations, sales materials, and project collateralMaintain organised campaign folders, image libraries, brand assets, project information, and supplier details
Project, sales and stakeholder support
Work closely with sales, development, construction, customer, and leadership teams to collect and confirm project informationSupport project marketing activity from early teaser campaigns through launch, sales, construction updates, completion, and handoverAssist with sales office materials, buyer communications, agent updates, project information packs, and campaign reportingCoordinate photography, videography, site access, content capture, supplier bookings, and production schedulesHelp ensure project details, timings, specifications, milestones, and messaging are communicated clearly and accuratelySupport events, activations, inspections, launches, and stakeholder presentations as required
Digital marketing, CRM and reporting
Assist with social media scheduling, EDM preparation, website updates, database management, and CRM activitySupport campaign reporting across social media, email, website, lead generation, enquiry sources, and project performanceHelp monitor marketing activity, supplier deliverables, deadlines, and campaign outcomesContribute ideas to improve brand presence, content quality, campaign performance,



and customer engagementSupport day-to-day marketing administration and coordination across the business
Requirements
What you'll bring
Experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, Campaign Coordinator, Project Marketing Coordinator, or similar roleIdeally 2+ years' experience in property development, real estate, construction, architecture, interiors, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand marketingStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and confidence checking copy, project information, design assets, and campaign materialsExperience coordinating suppliers, agencies, internal stakeholders, and campaign deliverablesExperience with social media scheduling, EDM platforms, CRM systems, websites, reporting tools, and marketing administrationConfidence working across Microsoft Office, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar platforms will be highly regardedA proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finishA genuine interest in property, architecture, interiors, design, and luxury development
