We're seeking Production Operators to join the team in permanent positions.
This hands-on role combines machine operation, batching, forklift operation, quality checks, and general production duties within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.About You & ResponsibilitiesPerform regular manual handling of up to 25kg throughout the shiftCurrent Forklift Licence highly regarded (required for day shift; training available for the right afternoon shift candidate)Operate production machinery and assist with machine troubleshootingBatch and weigh raw materials to production specificationsBag finished products and prepare pallets for dispatchComplete quality checks and production documentation accuratelyOperate counterbalance forklifts to move raw materials and finished stock (essential for day shift, highly regarded for afternoon shift)Assist with general warehouse and production dutiesMaintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping and qualityPrevious experience within chemical, industrial or heavy manufacturing environments preferredComfortable working in a dusty powder-based manufacturing environment while wearing required PPEReliable, safety-focused and committed to producing quality workWhat's on Offer?
