As we scale, we need high-performing electricians who take pride in precision, safety, and workmanship that stands the test of time.This is more than an installation role—it's a frontline position in Australia's energy transition, where your work directly shapes how people power their lives.About YouYou are a fully qualified electrician with a current NSW Electrical Licence and a robust foundation in safe, compliant electrical work.You ideally hold CEC Solar Accreditation and understand the standards expected in renewable energy installations.You bring a disciplined, organised approach to your work, with strong attention to detail in every connection, test, and finish.You take WHS seriously and consistently apply safe systems of work without compromise.You are comfortable working independently on-site while also contributing positively to a wider team environment.You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, installers, and project coordinators.You take pride in doing the job properly the first time and maintaining high installation standards under pressure.You are motivated by growth,



consistency, and being part of a fast-moving renewable energy business.You see yourself building a long-term career in solar and energy systems, not just completing individual jobs.Role ResponsibilitiesKnown as a Site-Based Electrical Tradesperson, you will be responsible for:Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining solar electrical systems, wiring, inverters, and associated equipment on residential and commercial sitesDiagnosing and resolving electrical faults across PV systems, batteries, and related infrastructure using test equipment and troubleshooting methodsConnecting electrical components including circuit breakers, inverters, transformers, metering systems, and distribution boardsInspecting completed installations to ensure full compliance with Australian standards, codes, and internal quality requirementsConducting electrical testing of circuits, continuity, insulation resistance, and system performance using industry-standard testing equipmentIdentifying hazards, defects, and installation risks on-site and escalating or rectifying issues in line with WHS requirementsAdvising supervisors and project teams on equipment performance, safety risks, and operational suitability of installed systemsEnsuring all installations are completed with high workmanship standards, neat cable management, and system integrityCollaborating with installation teams, designers, and project coordinators to ensure smooth job delivery and handoverSupporting commissioning activities and system start‐up processes to ensure optimal performanceMaintaining tools, equipment,



and company vehicles in a safe and professional conditionCompleting all required documentation, compliance records, and job reporting accurately and on timeAdhering strictly to WHS policies, site safety procedures, and risk management frameworksRepresenting the business professionally when interacting with customers on-siteGoals You'll Achieve in Your First Three MonthsLearn the business inside out, including how we design, install, and commission solar and battery systems across residential and commercial projects.
You'll gain a clear understanding of our standards, expectations, and safety culture.Learn our core installation and compliance processes, including wiring standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements.
You'll become confident working within our structured delivery model.Get runs on the board by completing supervised and then independent installations to a consistently high standard.
