Our Registered Nurses provide care and life support to patients who are either acutely ill, at risk of developing complications or recovering from major surgery.

The Postgraduate Nurse Program (ICU) is a 12-month program commencing February **** (or 2nd semester intake in July ****) and is affiliated with Monash University.
The aim of the program is to provide clinicians with the knowledge and skills for advanced clinical practice within the Intensive Care Unit.
Cabrini's ICU Department consists of a 16-bed unit and offers a full range of Level 3 adult intensive care services catering for in-patients, emergency admissions and transfers from other facilities.Our ICU Department is staffed and equipped to manage patients post-cardiac and other major surgery, respiratory failure, complex neurological/neurosurgical problems, sepsis, renal failure and multiple organ failure.

The course will be delivered via study days and on-line learning,
