you will work alongside experienced Senior Estimators and assist with a range of estimating tasks across both sales and construction.ResponsibilitiesSales and construction estimatingPreparing detailed specification and costing documentsLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricingAssisting with cost control and project budgetingSupporting Senior Estimators with day-to-day estimating tasksMaintaining accurate records and documentationKey RequirementsPrevious experience in a residential estimating roleExperience using Constructor estimating softwareStrong understanding of the new home construction process from start to finishExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work to targetsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both autonomously and within a team environmentLocal industry experience on the Sunshine CoastFull Australian working rightsCompetitive salary package (based on experience)Secure position with a well-established family-owned builderSupportive and collaborative team environmentOngoing support and career development opportunities
