Our unique multilingual language program immerses students in a second language every day.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to commence as soon as possible on a 12-month temporary full-time basis.
This role supports the delivery of high-quality finance and accounting operations across the School.
Working as a flexible and collaborative member of the Finance Team, the Accountant will provide support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions, ensuring accurate financial records, strong financial controls and timely processing of transactions.
The role will also play an important part in supporting the School's implementation of a new finance system and the Compass student information system, including data administration, testing and process improvement activities.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
experience in a finance administration or accounts support role;
sound knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processes;
strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing;




excellent organisational and communication skills;
proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; and
the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience in a school, education or not-for-profit environment will be highly regarded.
