We are seeking a Project Associate to join our global Airline IT team, where innovation knows no borders.
This team leads with impact—helping airlines implement advanced technology for reservations, retailing and operations improving efficiency and the traveler experience.

As a Project Associate, you will support the successful execution of delivery focused initiatives by coordinating tasks and maintaining clear communication across teams.
You will play a critical role in ensuring delivery commitments are met through strong organization while partnering with senior leaders to track milestones.
This role requires a proactive self-starter who excels at action item management and possesses an exceptional attention to detail.
Your contribution will ensure our technology solutions deliver meaningful value while navigating complex challenges in travel.
Responsibilities




Support delivery projects from initiation through execution by coordinating tasks and tracking dependencies.
Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, RAID logs and delivery trackers.
Own action item management across delivery workstreams and follow up with owners to ensure timely completion.
Prepare clear and concise status reports to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
Identify project blockers or delays early and **escalate** issues with clarity to senior delivery leaders.
Preferred qualifications and education
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or operations in a global environment, with exposure to multi-location stakeholders.
Basic understanding of project management concepts and standard delivery practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple technology and business teams.
