No two days will ever be the same, there will be travel involved daily throughout your area.
The main purpose of this role will be to ensure all current clients are receiving the highest level of service and that your team is delivering on the brand promise.




You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and some quoting.Other responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong and lasting client and cleaner relationshipsFollowing up on quotes and closing sales opportunitiesConducting site visits to accurately quote new opportunitiesOn-boarding recent clientsResolving any disputes in a timely mannerConducting site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintainedAbout YouYou have strong leadership skills, are well-presented, have strong time management skills, are highly organised, and you have a sharp eye for detail.
You can build quick rapport with people from all walks of life.
You have robust customer service skills.
You are comfortable managing a team of cleaners.Other Attributes include:Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in achieving KPIsAbility to engage with all stakeholdersPrevious experience in coordinating teams in multiple locationsStrong commercial acumenOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsReliable and qualified attitudeExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeCan work autonomouslyRewardYou will receive full training and continued support from your peers.
The salary is $80,000 + superannuation and car allowance.
