As a Tree Planter, you will work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions, planting trees as part of a production-based team.
This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who enjoy hands‐on work and are motivated by performance‐based earnings.No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside people from diverse backgrounds on meaningful environmental projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManual planting of trees across diverse sitesMeeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standardsWorking safely and efficiently as part of a teamFollowing site plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructionsSkills & ExperienceNo prior experience required as full training is provided just come motivated, tough, and maybe a little wild.Physically fit and capable of sustained manual labourStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsWillingness to travel for work (desirable)RequirementsApplicants must have or be willing to obtain:Construction White Card.Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.Full PPE (or willingness to purchase).
