Our clothing is worn by celebrities and favoured by influencers worldwide.About the OpportunityThis entry-level, hands-on role is primarily responsible for Lioness online customer returns and blogger order fulfilment — processing Eshop customer returns, returning stock to inventory, unpacking incoming blogger stock, and accurately fulfilling and dispatching blogger orders.
It's a great starting point for someone who wants to build a career in warehouse and fulfilment operations within a fast-moving fashion brand.Key ResponsibilitiesEshop Return OperationsReceive and accurately process Eshop returnsReturn inventory to stock correctly and promptlyMeet volume- and time-based KPIs for returns processingBlogger OperationsUnpack incoming blogger stockPick, pack and dispatch blogger orders accurately and within deadlineHelp ensure campaign, marketing and range launch dates are metGeneral Warehouse & TeamworkAssist Warehouse Coordinators with picking,



packing and dispatching online sales orders to Lioness quality and time standardsMaintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environmentHandle stock carefully and maintain accurate inventory records, liaising with the Eshop Warehouse CoordinatorBuild and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and internal/external stakeholdersWhat You'll BringEssentialResponsible, diligent and efficientAttention to detail, accurate with numbers and counting of stock.Ability to use computers & software, training will be provided.Highly regardedPrevious experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or retail environmentExperience using stock or inventory management systemsFashion Warehouse or previous online pick and pack experienceInterest or experience in fashion, apparel or e-commerceWhy Join Us?
