To be successful in this role, you will:Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or be actively working towards)Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and learning theoriesHave experience working in a similar early learning environmentPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsShow proficiency in implementing educational programs and activities for young childrenExhibit a sound knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in childcare settingsDisplay the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environmentHold a current First Aid certificate including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis trainingHold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)At CentacareFNQ Early Learning & Care, we are committed to fostering a culture of care, inclusion, and professional growth.
