What You Will Be Doing
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the workshop team.
Process purchase orders, invoices and work orders.
Coordinate service bookings and maintain workshop schedules.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Assist with parts ordering, stock control and freight bookings.
Process timesheets and maintain accurate workshop records.
Update service, maintenance and compliance documentation.
Answer phones, respond to emails and provide general administrative support.
What You Will Need
Previous administration experience,
ideally within a workshop, mechanical or industrial environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work autonomously
Experience with invoicing, purchase orders or workshop management systems is highly regarded
