milestones and interdependencies across multiple projects and delivery teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership and external delivery partnersDrive consistency in project documentation, governance papers, reporting and risk management practices across the portfolioSupport planning, scheduling and resourcing decisions to keep the program on trackQualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline: Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Planning, Business, Commerce, or related fieldDemonstrated experience delivering complex infrastructure, energy, utilities, transmission, renewable energy, or government projectsSound knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk management principles and reporting practicesEssential skills and experienceExperience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and contractors within a complex stakeholder environmentProven ability to prepare high-quality executive briefings, governance papers, business cases, reports and presentationsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, project risks, budgets, schedules and deliverables in a quick-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across a broad range of stakeholdersAdvanced skills in project management systems and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience supporting the delivery of large-scale infrastructure or energy projects through planning, procurement, delivery and operational readiness phasesThis position is managed by Ampersand International.
