We partner with Tier 1 clients across AustraliaAbout the RoleWe are seeking various experienced and highly skilled Civil All Rounder from North Queensland to join our team for a Fly in Fly out (FIFO) or drive in drive out (DIDO) role on an 8:6 Roster.Key ResponsibilitiesConcrete placement and finishingFormwork installation for concrete structures, walls,



slabs and columnsUnderground services and general mine support workOperating and positioning plant and equipment safelyConducting pre-start inspections and equipment checksAssisting with mining and civil earthworks activitiesMaintaining compliance with all site safety procedures and standardsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have experience in underground mining and civil construction environments, with skills across areas such as concreting, formwork, underground operations, services, or airlegging.You will also hold:A General Construction Induction Card (white card)First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)Working at Heights ticketWhat We Offer8:6 FIFO rosterOngoing work across major mining and civil projectsOpportunity to work with a growing national contractor and Tier 1 clientsStrong safety culture within an ISO accredited businessCareer progression opportunities as AWCON continues to expand
