About the company/role:Our client is a food ingredient manufacturer supplying B2B.
They are seeking an experienced senior level quality candidate to step into a Quality Manager role for a 3-month period.
This is a full time, day shift role based in Western Sydney.
The role will have 3 direct reports and will report directly to the Site Leader.Duties:Manage site operations and provide daily support from a quality perspectiveLead customer complaint management and implement corrective actionsProvide leadership and direction to the quality team membersOversee daily QMS activities – compliance with standards and policesManage quality administrative duties related to reporting, auditing, documentationSkills/experience:Previous experience working in a senior level quality role in the food industryTertiary qualifications in food science or a related disciplinePrevious people management experience is highly advantageousExcellent communication skillsProven self-starter who enjoys a hands-on role
