With strong inbound demand and an active display home drawing consistent traffic, they're looking for an experienced sales professional to convert that interest into contracts, and to build the proactive, outbound side of the business to be a significant contributor of leads and opportunities.The RoleFull-time, permanent.
Reporting to the General ManagerConvert warm, inbound leads through considered 3–6 month design-to-contract sales journeys, for clients investing $700K–$1M+Get out into the community– developers, real estate agents, local networks, and build a genuine pipeline of your own, not just work what comes inOwn your pipeline properly through the company CRMCapture and follow up every display home visitorSupport and mentor a junior team memberWeekend work required (minimum one day per week), with a day off in lieu during the weekAbout YouA genuine, verifiable sales track record, ideally 5+ years, built on trust and follow-through, not fast closesComfortable selling a high-value, emotional,



considered purchase (property, prestige vehicles, luxury goods, financial services, or similar) in a B2C environmentA natural relationship-builder and self-starter who generates their own leadsEnough maturity and credibility to sit across the table from buyers making a $700K+ decisionBased within commuting distance of Traralgon, or genuinely motivated to relocate to the Latrobe Valley (Warragul and Sale also fine)No building or construction background required.
