We are currently recruiting for an exciting Care Manager opportunity with a well-established and highly regarded for-profit aged care provider on the Central Coast.

The Opportunity
As Care Manager, you will work closely alongside the Facility Manager and a fellow Care Manager to lead clinical excellence across the service.
Reporting structure
Facility Manager → 2x Care Managers → Registered Nurses & Care Team
You will play a key role in:
Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver high-quality resident care
Driving best practice clinical standards and positive resident outcomes
Supporting compliance,



documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Coaching and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Minimum 1 year experience in an aged care leadership position
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care standards
A passion for developing teams and improving resident outcomes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
