Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Fixed WingConduct routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on fixed-wing aircraft, including inspections, defect rectifications, and modifications.Certify aircraft as fit for service by issuing Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) upon completion of maintenance tasks.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with approved maintenance data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.Safety & ComplianceAdhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards.Monitor and rectify any operational issues in a timely manner, coordinating with other operational teams to ensure safety and reliability.Participate in emergency response and crisis management as required.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including work performed, parts used, and compliance with airworthiness directives.Prepare and submit reports related to maintenance activities, including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events and critical troubleshooting.Assist in the preparation of maintenance forecasts, including manpower, spares,
