Tanglewood Organic Sourdough Bakery is a small artisan bakery based in Noosaville within Belmondos Organic Market.

As our Baker you will be responsible for the preparation and production of bread, pastries, enriched dough and small cake in a high volume environment.Minimum 2-3 years of French style artisan bread and pastry making experience requiredHave experience with high volume production of artisan sourdough bread and pastriesExcellent hand moulding, shaping, cutting and finishing pastries and bread with a high level of attention to detail.Operating and maintaining specialised pastry equipment including, proofers, dough sheeters, mixers,
