Milnsbridge is a well-established Managed IT Services provider supporting businesses throughout Sydney with IT support, Microsoft 365, cyber security and cloud solutions.We're looking for an organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team in Penrith.This is a predominantly administration-based role that supports our sales and service teams by preparing quotations, processing software licensing, coordinating renewals, raising purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate customer records.No previous MSP experience is required.
If you have strong administration skills, positive attention to detail and an interest in technology, we'll provide training on our systems, Microsoft 365 licensing and supplier platforms.ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer quotations using approved pricing and templatesProcess Microsoft 365 licence requests, including additions, cancellations and changesRaise purchase orders and customer invoicesProcess supplier orders through vendor portalsPrepare and process software,
