A leading company in the industrial sector, is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse 2IC to join their team based in Caringbah.This role plays a crucial part in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and assisting the Warehouse Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient processes.As the Warehouse 2IC, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of inventory, overseeing stock movement, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met and maintained.You will work closely with warehouse team to foster a productive and cooperative work setting.Ideal candidates will have previous warehouse experience in a supervisory capacity, excellent organisational skills,



and the ability to lead and motivate a team when required.This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership capabilities within a well-established organisation.Key responsibilities include:Supporting daily warehouse operationsReceiving, pick and pack and dispatching of goodsOperation of new forkliftAssisting in inventory control and management to maintain accuracy and efficiencyEnsuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policiesCollaborating with other departments to facilitate logistics and operational effectivenessGeneral warehouse dutiesRequirements:Current forklift licence and drivers licence - EssentialBe reliable and hard workingWillingness to work as part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProvide 2 refereesHours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
