THE OPPORTUNITYHoused in stunning, state-of-the-art project sales suites across Sydney, our client requires capable, passionate Project Sales / Real Estate Administration support for their respective sales teams.Responsibilities will include:Opening / closing the Display Suite, and ensuring it is well presented and that marketing collateral is stockedWelcoming in visitors to the Display including walk-ins, potential purchasers, Trades and external sales agentsCustomer service, including providing pricing, addressing general enquiries and answering callsDatabase management, 'live-chat' response management and lead generationSales support including processing invoices, sales advices,



coordinating final inspections and settlementsAssisting with general day-to-day admin tasks, launch events and functionsProducing daily reports, sales research and competitor analysisREQUIREMENTSIdeally you will be looking for a career step to get into working for a Developer, or a pathway into Project Sales in the future.
