We are looking for someone confident, polished and experienced in customer service and sales, with a strong interest in interiors and delivering an elevated client experience.This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, and weekend availability is essential.About the RoleYou will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients in our showroom, providing product knowledge, managing sales enquiries and ensuring every customer receives a professional and memorable experience.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Greeting and assisting showroom clientsProviding detailed product information and styling adviceManaging customer enquiries in person, by phone and emailProcessing sales and following up with clientsMaintaining showroom presentation to a high standardBuild strong relationships with retail,



trade and interior design clientsSupporting trade, designer and high-value clientsWorking closely with the wider Casa Blanco team to ensure a seamless customer experienceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a sales, retail, showroom or customer service role.
