One specialises in caravan, camping and 4WD accessories, while the other supplies technical landscaping products to trade customers and homeowners.
With a strong online presence complemented by an Artarmon retail and trade counter, the business offers leading brands alongside its growing range of in-house products.
This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative team with significant growth plans over the next five years.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to join the customer service team supporting two established ecommerce brands.
You'll assist retail and trade customers in-store, over the phone and by email, while supporting online orders and day-to-day store operations.Reporting directly to the Director,



some of your responsibilities will include:Processing orders and preparing quotesReceiving, checking and putting away deliveriesProviding product advice and technical support (training provided)Monitoring online orders in Shopify & Cin7 to ensure timely dispatchBuilding strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the teamHandling enquiries by phone, email, in-store and at the trade counterLearning both product ranges to provide helpful sales and product supportProduct training will be provided, so existing technical knowledge is not essential - but curiosity and a willingness to learn are important.About YouThe successful candidate will have:A proactive, customer-focused team playerAvailable to work on-site full-time in ArtarmonStrong communication skills and good computer literacyA genuine passion for the outdoors, camping, 4WDing or landscapingTrade, retail or customer support experience (trade qualification a plus)What's in it for You?
