Your work will span general plumbing maintenance, blocked drains and sewer work, hot water systems, gas fitting, drainage and pipe relining, with the occasional bathroom or kitchen renovation.You'll represent SPP Maintenance Group on-site and on the phone, so how you communicate matters just as much as how you work on the tools.
You'll be part of our on-call rotation, helping keep Sydney properties safe, functional and running smoothly around the clock.What You'll Be DoingDelivering general maintenance plumbing eg: blocked drains, water leaks, gas leaks and roof leaksInstalling and replacing hot water systemsCarrying out gas plumbing repairsUndertaking drainage works and pipe reliningOccasional bathroom and kitchen renovation workParticipating in the 24/7 emergency on-call rotationOngoing maintenance for shopping centres and large commercial buildingsCommunicating clearly and professionally with clients on-site and over the phone, and identifying additional work opportunities where they existManaging your own jobs end to end,



including materials, timing and handoverWhat We're Looking ForA full plumbing licence (NSW Fair Trading) and solid maintenance experience across residential and commercial sitesHold a valid driver's licence and have your own hand toolsYou're well spoken and personable, someone who can hold a genuine conversation with a client and leave them feeling content and looked afterConfident, motivated, and self directed, able to run your own jobs without needing constant supervisionA positive attitude, reliable, punctual and professional in how you present yourself and your workCommercially aware - you notice when a system needs replacing, not just patching, and you're comfortable communicating this to our clientsAvailable for emergency on-call rotation, and comfortable with the responsibility that comes with itSales experience, or a genuine interest in the sales side of maintenance work is highly desirablePipe relining experience or exposure to shopping centre / large commercial maintenance is a plusWhy Join SPP Maintenance Group?
