EcoVolt Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated 1st year Electrical Apprentices to join our growing team in Mount Druitt, NSW.
This is a full-time apprenticeship position that offers an excellent foundation in the electrical industry.
As a 1st year apprentice, you will work alongside experienced electricians, gaining practical hands-on experience whilst completing your formal training.
This role is pivotal in launching your career within the electrical trades and positions you to become a skilled, qualified electrician upon completion of your apprenticeship.

What you'll be doing
Assisting qualified electricians on various electrical installation, maintenance and repair projects
Learning safe electrical work practices and adhering to all relevant safety standards and regulations
Performing basic electrical tasks under supervision, including cable running, conduit installation and terminations
Maintaining tools and equipment, keeping work sites clean and organised
Attending TAFE sessions as required for your apprenticeship qualification




Developing knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, wiring methods and relevant Australian Standards
Assisting with site preparation, measurements and documentation
Contributing to a safety-focused workplace culture by identifying and reporting hazards
What we're looking for
School Certificate or equivalent qualification (HSC or Year 10 completion minimum)
Strong mathematical and literacy skills, particularly in numeracy and problem-solving
A genuine interest in the electrical trade and commitment to learning
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid Australian working rights and entitlements to work in Australia
Hold a current driver's licence
