This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact by supporting surgeons, healthcare professionals, and the sales team in delivering top‐notch solutions for patient care.
About the Role
Provide exceptional clinical support in hospital and theatre environments.
Build and maintain robust professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Deliver product education and training through in-servicing, workshops, and hands‐on support.
Ensure the timely and efficient management of inventory and product logistics.
Act as a reliable point of contact for our customers, offering solutions and maintaining a high standard of service.
Travel regularly to Rockhampton, approximately 1-2 days per fortnight, to support customer and business needs.
What We're Looking For
A tertiary qualification in a medical‐related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (theatre experience highly desirable).
Strong time management, attention to detail,



and organisational skills.
Confidence in delivering training sessions and effective communication.
A commitment to customer service excellence and a team‐oriented mindset.
Flexibility for travel, on‐call support, and after‐hours service.
This role involves regular travel across Southeast Queensland, including Rockhampton.
