What You Will Be Doing Client Management and Strategy Own a portfolio of client social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with LinkedIn and Instagram as the primary focus Develop platform strategies tailored to each client, with a strong emphasis on commercial and industrial real estate, professional services, and brand Act as the primary social media contact for your clients, presenting work, reporting on performance,



and building long term relationships Travel interstate regularly to meet with clients and strengthen partnerships Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and grow the social media team underneath you Set the standard for quality, consistency, and creativity across all client accounts Play an active role in shaping the team as it expands, with real opportunity to grow your own role alongside it Content and Production Creatively develop production plans for each of the clients you manage Liaise closely with our content team to coordinate how content is produced, managed, and posted Organise schedules across multiple clients and platforms, keeping everything running on time and on brief Ensure content aligns with each client's strategy, tone, and objectives What We Are Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience managing external social media accounts across multiple platforms, ideally in an agency or client service environment Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram, with strong capability across Facebook and a working understanding of TikTok Experience in, or a genuine interest in, commercial and industrial real estate, professional services, or brand focused industries Proven ability to lead a team, delegate effectively, and bring people along with you A driven, independent operator who takes ownership and does not wait to be told what to do Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence presenting to clients Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and production plans across multiple clients at once A creative mind for content planning and an eye for what performs on each platform Willingness to travel interstate regularly and work in a hybrid arrangement across office and home Why Rize Work with market leading clients in commercial and industrial real estate and beyond A leadership role with genuine autonomy and the chance to shape a growing team Room to grow, this role will expand as the team and the agency do Hybrid flexibility with a mix of office, home, and interstate travel A collaborative environment where social, video, and photography teams work side by side
