We are seeking a Keepsakes & Preparation Coordinator to join our Pet Aftercare Services team, where compassion, quality, and care are at the heart of everything we do.This role plays a vital part in supporting families as they honour a lifetime of unconditional love for their pets.About the RoleIn this hands-on and meaningful position, you'll be responsible for preparing pets and personalised keepsakes with dignity, care, and precision.
You'll work closely with internal teams, veterinary clinics, and clients to ensure every detail is handled to the highest standard.This is a unique role suited to someone who is empathetic, reliable,
and comfortable working in a caring but operational workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate and professional customer service, including handling phone enquiriesPrepare pets for viewings and cremations with care and respectCreate personalised keepsakes such as clay, ink and digital paw prints, fur clippings, and memorial itemsPlace ashes into urns, wooden boxes and jewellery, ensuring accuracy and qualityCoordinate engraving and quality control of keepsake productsMaintain accurate records and data entry using internal systemsAssist with stock control, warehouse duties and deliveriesUphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and WH&S; complianceSupport a positive team culture and assist with onboarding new team membersAbout YouNaturally compassionate with a calm and respectful approachStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipComfortable with hands‐on tasks and standing for extended periodsPhysically fit and able to lift moderate weightsConfident using computer systems and MS OfficeReliable, team‐oriented, and values‐drivenExperience in animal care, healthcare, funerals, veterinary clinics, or similar service-based environments will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
