In your role as Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of product development projects for clients which span across multiple engineering disciplines.
You will be responsible for the technical oversight and delivery of key project milestones, ensuring client and product success.
You will work closely with a project coordinator to lead and task project teams, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed throughout the entire product development life cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities are:Acting as the primary technical liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication of scope, progress, risks, and technical direction.Defining and documenting project scope and requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.Translating client needs into actionable technical specifications and guiding delivery across the full project lifecycle.Estimating work, developing project plans, and coordinating resourcing and procurement of materials and services in collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Leading cross-functional teams by setting a clear technical vision, reviewing product architecture, and promoting an integrated approach to development.Identifying technical risks and dependencies early, working with the project team to resolve issues and maintain momentum.Overseeing testing, validation, and compliance to ensure products meet technical and quality standards.Working closely with project coordinators to monitor scope, budget, and timeline adherence,
