Nepean Motor Group have positions available for those with high energy that have empathy and passion for our customers and motor vehicles.We do not want to paint a perfect picture - it's a tough environment at times but really satisfying at the end of day with a great remuneration and special team gratification.Some of the functions of a Service Advisor include:Booking clients in for service or repairsInterfacing with the technicians to establish the extent of work required and our parts teamPrepare pricing estimates of service repair ordersCommunicating with customers to explain the work involved, gain their approval to proceed and provide regular updates on the progress of their vehiclesDealing with Service Warranty ClaimsWorking through paperwork to ensure we are complying with Manufacturer ProceduresWorking closely with the Service Manager and the Workshop Foreman to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely mannerWorking through customer concernsBanking and some basic administration dutiesTo be considered for this role, the following skills and attributes are required:Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealershipSound English communication skills - written and verbalInitiative and a hard working attitudeThe ability to work unsupervisedProfessionalism and high standards of personal presentationA friendly and approachable personalityAbility to be part of a team!
