To be successful in this role, the applicant will be a driven and committed professional with at least five years' experience in procurement, logistics and/or supply chain.

We invite people of all backgrounds and identities to apply for this role.Supply Chain Manager - Monday to FridayYou will be responsible for:Manage and provide leadership for the procurement, warehousing and dispatch functionsDriving supply chain efficiency by managing day-to-day warehousing, freight networks,



and import/export logisticsLeveraging data and reporting to provide meaningful cost reduction while optimising supply chain performanceDriving value and vendor performance by owning the end-to‐end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and supplier negotiations to contract management.Management of procurement budget driving cost saving through reconciliation of forecasted and actual procurement expenditureSafeguarding our supply chain by actively identifying risks and rapidly resolving disruptions before they impact the businessInspiring, mentoring, and cultivating a high-performing team across the supply chain, procurement, and warehousing functions.Meet regulatory compliance for ATO and HACCP obligations.You will have:At least 5 years' experience resulting in a detailed knowledge of freight, procurement and supply chainA data led approach to leadership with strong skills utilising spreadsheetsStrong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsOutstanding leadership and interpersonal skillsOutstanding strategic planning skillsExperience with manufacturing (highly regarded but not essential)Why you'll love working for Archie Rose:Three days paid picnic leave p.a.Annual performance bonusGenerous annual product allowanceEmployee drinks discount at Archie Rose barFinancial support if undertaking a recent Archie Rose relevant qualification.Two days paid study leave & two days paid exam leave p.a.
