The Role:
Managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties
Minimal out-of-office duties
Dedicated assistant for out-of-office duties
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
Maintenance and repairs
Preparing for and attending QCAT as required
Ensuring compliance is up to date
The Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Property Management
The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
Hard-working and honest work ethic
Trustworthy and reliable
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Drivers license
Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
