Control Room, Patrol & Access Control – A Dynamic Security RolePlay a vital role in maintaining safety, security and emergency response within a major healthcare facility.
This hands‐on security position offers variety across control room operations, patrol duties and access control, working as part of a professional, values‐driven team.Your new role:As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for delivering skilled security services across a complex healthcare environment.
This role is critical to ensuring the safety of staff, patients, visitors and assets through proactive patrols.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate within the Security Control Room, monitoring CCTV and communications systemsRespond to security incidents, emergencies, alarms and duress activationsSupport fire and fire alarm response, emergency lockdowns and disaster response proceduresAbout you:You are a calm, capable and professional security officer who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐responsibility environment.
You bring strong judgement, emotional intelligence and physical capability, with a genuine commitment to safety, teamwork and service excellence.Strong capability in incident response, de‐escalation, negotiation and physical restraintSound knowledge of, or ability to learn, relevant legislation and policy frameworksExperience working with CCTV,
