Pipe Couplings (A/Asia) Pty Ltd, established in ****, is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of poly pipe and fittings.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, supporting sales processes, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This is not an account's role—it is a key position focused on supporting the sales function through accurate order processing, system management, and customer coordination.About the RoleYou will play an key role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly by managing orders, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting both customers and the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders accurately using Unleashed (ERP) and CRM systemsHandle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platformsSupport the sales team with quotes, pricing, product information, and general enquiriesMaintain and update customer, pricing, and product data across ERP and CRM systemsCoordinate with production, warehouse,
