Harbour Caravans is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at our Burpengary East **** location in north side Brisbane.
This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth across our caravan and outdoor leisure product range.
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Harbour Caravans, building lasting relationships with customers and helping them find the perfect caravan solution for their adventures.
This role is essential to our continued success and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our business performance.
Key responsibilities
Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget requirements
Provide product knowledge and expert advice on caravan features, specifications and benefits
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase caravans to prospective buyers
Prepare quotations and negotiate sales terms to close deals and achieve sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations and sales transactions
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into confirmed sales
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant consumer protection legislation
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
Stay current with product offerings, market trends and competitor activities within the caravan industry
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience prefered, ideally within the automotive, leisure, tourism or retail sectors
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups




Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Excellent product knowledge capability and willingness to become an expert in caravan features and benefits
Professional presentation and appearance with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented sales team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Valid driver's licence and ability to work some weekends and travel.
Enthusiasm for the caravan and outdoor lifestyle industry is highly desirable
