Situated in the heart of Stapylton, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that caresfor children from 6 weeks to 6 years.Role RequirementsWe are seeking a dedicated 2IC (Assistant Campus Manager) to support the Campus Manager and lead the delivery of high-quality curriculum across the service.
This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership attributes and a genuine passion for early childhood education and curriculum excellence.The successful candidate will need:a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)a current and valid Working with Children Checka Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLGan ability to interpret curriculum documentseffective oral and written communication skillsKey Role ResponsibilitiesAssist the Campus Manager when needed and support/lead your team when required.Provide children with a safe, secure,
