Key responsibilitiesReporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager, liaising with the Sales team and steering the Dispatch team, this hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration andcoordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock.Additional general nursery duties may include weeding, watering, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.The position isfull time, working a five-day Monday toFridayroster.Business operational hours are:



Weekdays 7.00 am – 5.00 pmPlantmark offers a four week induction and training program, with face to face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.Essential attributesTo be successful as a Plantmark Dispatcher, you will have:Adept with undertaking processes and responsibilitiesCommitment to taskand attention to detailAbility to effectively work unsupervised as well as in a teamEffective communicator across a varied group of individualsPositive work ethic, reliabilityForklift licence holder or be willing to undertake trainingPlant knowledgeSupervisory experience oraspirationsApplicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Why join our team?
