Your day-to-day will include:Roving and static monitoring of the entire CentreAttending to team member and guest incidentsAttending to first aid requirementsAssisting with guest enquiriesControl room monitoringIssuing and controlling contractor passesABOUT YOUYou're a people-focused professional who takes safety seriously and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
You'll bring:QLD Security Licence including Security Officer (unarmed), Crowd Controller and Security Officer (monitoring)Current Apply First Aid Certificate with CPRQLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of AttainmentIn addition to:A genuine willingness and passion to work with people to help and assistExcellent customer service experience obtained from a busy guest-facing roleHighly effective communication and negotiation skillsA commitment to workplace health and safety and the ability to champion a safety cultureAvailability to work a variety of shifts (Monday to Sunday)
