and site preparationAssisting with drainage, concreting, and roadworks where requiredMaintaining site cleanliness and organisationFollowing instructions from supervisors and adhering to site schedulesComplying with all Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirementsCompleting basic site paperwork as requiredJob RequirementsPrevious experience in civil construction (preferred but not essential)Valid driver's licence and reliable transportStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work in a team and follow directionPhysically fit and capable of manual labour
