playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive village experience.Supporting the Village Manager and Assistant Village Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support while helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and well organised community environment for our residents.Key responsibilities include:Providing professional, courteous customer service to residents, visitors, and contractorsAssisting with reception duties and responding to incoming enquiriesSupporting the Village Manager and the Assistant Village Manager with administrative tasks and day‐to‐day operationsMaintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicingCoordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliancePreparing newsletters and community communicationsAssisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activitiesAssisting with additional ad‐hoc operational or resident‐support duties as directed by the Village ManagerAbout YouFor this role, you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks.
Your solid customer service skills will allow you to effectively consult with our residents and visitors.To be successful in your application, you will have the following;Administrationand demonstratedcustomer service experienceDemonstrated experience usingMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)andability to pick up new systemsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse communityExceptional interpersonal skillswith a friendly, approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents, families, and team membersBehighly organisedand able toprioritise competing tasksWillingness to learnand professionally developCurrent First Aid/CPR – Or willing to obtainCurrent Australian Drivers LicencePlease note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check & will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October.
