Join our team as a Case Worker with access to a shared pool car, flexible work and a supportive, collaborative team.
About The Role:
As a Case Worker, you will support a caseload of 7–9 families through regular face-to-face engagement, delivering family-centred, strengths-based support that helps children and young people thrive.
While the role is initially based out of our Redfern centre, you'll primarily work across the Northern Sydney District.
Our office will also be relocating to Sydney's North Shore, making it even more convenient.

This will include:
Managing a caseload of families, maintaining regular face-to-face contact and monitoring progress against goals and risks
Engaging families through home visits, assessment, and planning, including risk assessment and safety planning
Developing and implementing family action plans, coordinating referrals and supports to meet identified needs
Providing practical support, coaching, and guidance to strengthen parenting capacity, communication, and problem-solving skills
Delivering services in line with organisational frameworks, policies, and child wellbeing outcomes
About You:
You will have experience and skills in the following:
University qualifications in social work or equivalent
Experience in the community services or child and family sector is highly regarded
Robust commitment to child-focused practice with a thorough understanding of child protection, legislation, and risk management
Experience working with vulnerable and diverse children and families, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds
Empathetic, supportive, and able to make sound judgments to protect children's rights and wellbeing
Willingness to learn and apply feedback to improve clinical practice
Current NSW Driver's Licence
