promotions and loyalty offerings and provide feedback and recommendationsEffectively allocate work and supervise frontline gaming employeesMaintain high standards of presentation and service across the gaming floorHandle patron enquiries and complaints professionallyOversee the implementation of RSA, RCG and TAB practicesEnsure relevant policies, procedures and compliance requirements are maintainedDeliver memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer serviceContribute positively to team culture and lead by exampleAbout YouA keen hospitality professional with a genuine passion for gaming and customer serviceAt least 3 years' experience in a gaming or hospitality supervisory roleDemonstrated ability to supervise, roster, delegate and train employees in a hands-on capacityStrong problem-solving, communication and leadership skillsCurrent RSA, Advanced RCG and TAB qualifications (essential)Sound knowledge of the registered clubs industry and broader hospitality trendsPositive, proactive and motivated, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressureA genuine team player who can lead, motivate and develop othersWhat You Can Look Forward ToA full time position with a rotating roster including 2 weekends off per monthCareer progression across multiple venues and business unitsBeing part of a supportive, culture-driven teamOpportunities for vocational and personal developmentFree gym membership
