Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and associated documentationConducting searches and liaising with relevant authoritiesManaging files from commencement to settlementMaintaining accurate file records, electronic and physical documents, managing key dates and deadlinesLiaising professionally with clients, agents, banks and other stakeholdersAbout YouYou will ideally have:Experience as a property or estates paralegalA strong understanding of Queensland property transactionsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailClear and professional communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple matters and prioritiesWhy Join Charltons Lawyers?
