This is a consultative sales role were building rapport and delivering exceptional service is key.Your day-to-day will include:Greeting and assisting trade and retail customers in the showroomManaging enquiries via phone, email and walk-insPreparing quotes, processing orders and following up on leadsMaintaining showroom presentation and displaysProviding technical advice and tailored solutionsSupporting the external sales teamAbout YouWe're looking for someone who thrives on customer service and can work independently.
