Whether it's daily living assistance, emotional guidance, or community engagement, your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society.You'll work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilities and young peopleAssist with personal care, mobility, and skill developmentBuild meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional supportSupport community participation and recreational activitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plansAdvocate for customer rights and promote independenceCreate safe, trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needsWhat You'll Need Childrens ServicesPassionate about human rights and creating positive changeEmpathetic, compassionate, and resilientEcellent communication and teamwork skillsCertificate IV in Disability or Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid, CPR,
