The is a full timerole, working 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, between 6:00am – 10:00pm.
With possible weekends down the track.We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.Role Overview:As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.What we're looking for:Clear verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.A strong background in customer service.What we can offer you:Fitness passport,
