So, if this sounds like you and you're a job seeker looking to establish a career pathway in the natural gas industry, read on.WHAT YOU WILL LEARNThis traineeship includes training, coaching and skills development across:SafetyTeamworkExposure to and working with mechanical and electrical teams and activitiesExposure to and working with production teams to produce LNGThe traineeships will be a mix of hands‐on practical experience and classroom lessons.Most of the traineeship will be carried out on Curtis Island with the classroom experience to be held in Gladstone.
Upon completion, you will receive a national qualification - Certificate II in Engineering (Production)The positions are open to those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander who live in the Gladstone Region.ConocoPhillips Australia and Santos GLNG,



have unique relationships with Traditional Owner groups across the Curtis Island LNG facilities' operating footprint.
This includes the Bailai, Gooreng Gooreng, Gurang and Taribelang Bunda peoples.
