The centre is inspired by theReggio Emilia approach and is licensed for112 places a day across seven beautiful studios,catering for children aged six weeks to six years.
Our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry.With its ownchildren's cafeteria,food exploration laboratory, theatre stage and art studio.At Goodna Kids, we are currently seeking a qualified float educators to join our established teamof dedicated professionals.We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant!
If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.The successful applicantfor this rolewill:Take pride in the presentation of the centrePossess a genuine desire and commitment for working with childrenMUST hold a Certificate III in Children's Services (or be working towards*)MUST be willing to work opens/closes and be flexible with shiftsBe willing to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care for childrenExpress a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophyDemonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skillsShow a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)What's in it for you?
